Training and Support Systems

Axcelus is committed to providing the very best training and support system available to small business consultants today. Our system consists of three different phases designed to reinforce each other and promote accelerated learning, so that you are up and running as a fully-effective consultant in the shortest amount of time.

The three phases include:

1) pre-training and independent study work, which will provide you with the information and tools you need so that you know what you are doing,

2) live training to give you the confidence to be effective with clients, and

3) because we don't expect you to learn everything at once, ongoing training and support so that you keep getting better and better over time.

Independent Study Material - Consulting Tools

Currently around 20 hours of material, this is a package of audio programs coupled with web-based seminars focusing on the issues and specific tools needed to become an effective Axcelus Consultant and Business Acceleration Specialist

Independent Study - Business Acceleration Module Training

Each of our business acceleration modules has a one to two hour training module associated with it. These are self-paced modules, and consist of a PowerPoint presentation coupled with a detailed audio program. Each is followed by a completion exam to insure your retention and understanding of the material. The entire set of modules must be completed for Certification, and when you're certified you will know more about accelerating a small business than if you'd studied for an MBA in Small Business Entrepreneurship.

Live Training

This six-day live training program, taught over seven days (with a mid-week break) is designed to reinforce and lock in all the skills necessary to successfully consult with business owners in the Axcelus Business Acceleration Program. It will also train you to be a confident and competent "enroller" of clients - a necessary part of being a successful Axcelus Consultant.

Weekly Mastermind Tele-Conferences

Live training will be followed by weekly mastermind tele-conference training calls. There are two calls, one is a marketing tele-conference that examines detailed issues of marketing and client enrollment, and provides a forum for sharing of ideas and success stories, as well as getting help. The other weekly call is a consulting and module training call that will address a new topic each week to deepen your understanding of how to use the modules and how to help your clients get the best from their businesses.

Weekly One-On-Ones

You will have a weekly one-on-one with our internal consultant's consultant, who will work with you to stay focused, on-track, and productive both during your "launch phase" as well as over time. These calls will address a variety of issues, ranging from client management, marketing, business acceleration, time management, and whatever else needs to be addressed for you to be successful.

Semi-Annual Conferences

Axcelus is planning two conferences each year to give us a chance to gather, network, share successes, and continue working on our growth and development. Topics will be chosen and planned as appropriate for the current state of our business.
